Publishing

Workshop proceedings will be published as a KEK report several months after the workshop. It should include all submitted talks and the summary of each working group. The authors of all accepted papers must provide a four-page manuscript for the Proceedings by November 30, 2002. The four pages paper may be prepared in PDF or Microsoft Word format (these formats only) and sent by e-mail to the Conference e-mail address:�@The file may not exceed 3 MB in size. Submission via the web site is under consideration.
