Paper Submission Sheet
In order to facilitate the processing of the papers, authors are requested to supply additional information about the paper and how it was prepared. A Paper Submission Sheet for this purpose, pre-printed with the paper's ID, etc., is shown below.

The information on the sheet comprises:
Paper ID
Submitting Authors name and affiliation
Title of the paper
Author name(s)
Number of pages in the document
File names and description
Types of software and versions used for preparation of the paper and the figures
The platform on which it was prepared
The platform used to generate the diskette

Submission of Electronic Files
Prepare a postscript file of the paper, which conforms to the guidelines above.
Complete the Paper Submission Sheet.
For cross-platform compatibility, the file extension should have 3 or fewer characters. Files should be named according to the paper's ID e.g. for paper TU-03, file names should be:
TU03.ps - the postscript file
TU03.doc - the WORD source file (TU03.tex if it was a LaTeX document etc.)
TU03f1.eps - EPS file containing figure 1
TU03f2.tif - TIFF file containing figure 2
TU03.txt - Paper Submission Sheet
Copy the files to a PC/Macintosh diskette, ZIP, CD-ROM and clearly label it with the Paper ID.

For submission by ftp:
Authors are reminded that the deadline for submission by FTP (acc-ps-srv.kek.jp/HEACC/) is 24:00 (JST) on 22 March 2001. Authors should create a plain text (ASCII) file containing the additional information described above (use the extension '.txt') and submit it with all of the files by FTP as described below and send an E-mail to HEACC2001 office (heacc2001@conference.kek.jp) informing them that the files have been sent.

Establish an ftp connection to acc-ps-srv.kek.jp/HEACC/ using Anonymous and your E-mail address. Then put your files in binary mode (type bin to set this mode). MAC users with fetch should do the following:
When you have connected to the server, put the file using Binary Mode. MAC users with older versions of fetch may also need to do the following:
Correct the file name if an additional extension is proposed
In the second window select Text as the format for the file

IN ALL CASES A PAPER COPY SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AT THE CONFERENCE.
